There are valuation, solicitor and other costs associated with taking out a commercial mortgage and these will be clearly explained. A broker fee is normally payable on drawn down funds (i.e. no upfront broker fee).
The fee is variable typically up to 1.0% of the advance, subject to a minimum fee of £500.00.
