to treat your information as confidential. Where we have to negotiate with other parties on your behalf, we have your permission to reveal details about your application to them. To meet with Money Laundering Regulations we have to ask you for information regarding your financial details and identification.

We keep all copyright and other rights to all materials that we produce whilst we act for you. You have the full right to use these materials within your organisation. You will need our permission if you wish to use this material in any other way.

Our fees are disclosed in the illustrations and other documents we send you.
Payment of our invoice is immediate. This is normally achieved when funds are disbursed. We may charge interest (at 2% above Barclays Bank base rate) on invoices not paid within 28 days.
